Well Being

Mindfulness

Mindfulness can help us to manage stress by becoming more aware our breathing, feelings, thoughts, bodily sensations and surroundings without judgement.

You will learn to:-

  • Notice how thoughts come and go in your mind and discover how to accept or let them go naturally
  • Notice what your body is telling you e.g. how to recognise tension or anxiety such as a fast heartbeat, tense muscles or shallow breathing.
  • Create space between you and your thoughts, so you can react more calmly

So you can:-

  • become more self-aware
  • feel calmer and less stressed
  • feel more able to choose how to respond to your thoughts and feelings
  • cope with difficult or unhelpful thoughts
  • be kinder towards yourself.

Meditation

Meditation helps to quieten the mind and brings your attention to nothing but what’s in the present moment. Many people find that focusing on the here and now helps release fears about the past or future so life can be viewed with an easy understanding and clarity where it might otherwise seem difficult or complicated.

Despite common misconceptions, meditation simply involves sitting quietly in a chair in a relaxed uncomplicated position, no contortions, no chanting or no burning incense (unless you wish!) Some people say they find it difficult because they easily get distracted or fidgety. Using guided meditations is a simple and effective way to begin as this is a more natural way to relax and experience meditation through breathing and visualisation and the method I use with my clients. Meditation can be effective in many different situations and with regular practice can be life changing.

Law Of Attraction

The Law of Attraction is the most powerful law in the universe. Just like gravity, it’s always working. You’re creating your reality in every moment of every day. You’re creating your future with every single thought: either consciously or subconsciously. choosing to respond differently to the situations that arise during your day.

By learning about the power of gratitude and how to visualise and manifest abundance in your life you will start:-

  • choosing to think differently.
  • choosing to focus and think about the things you want more of in your life.
  • choosing to experience more of the things that make you feel good.
  • choosing to deliberately start creating your future by managing your thoughts and feelings

Once you understand the Law of Attraction, and how it works, you can begin to consciously and intentionally create a better life.
