My aim is for Life Coaching to be accessible to all therefore I offer a comprehensive range of packages and payment options. Discounts apply to Packages of 3 sessions or more.

Try-Me Package  – £30

Curious about Coaching but want to see what it’s like before committing? This package includes:-

  • Free consultation
  • 1 hour Life Coaching Taster Session
  • Follow up call

Single Session – £60

Useful when you have identified a specific short term goal and are looking to discuss ideas, overcome obstacles, clarify thinking and take decisive action.

Discovery Package – £99

Feel like you’re lacking direction or that there’s something missing in life but not sure what? Take time to relax and focus on YOU so you can connect with your inner wisdom and gain clarity and understanding which will empower you to implement the changes you need to help you lead the life you deserve.

Life Coaching Package 1 – £150

A great place to start if you want to explore one or more areas of your life where you want to make some changes. It will enable you to break your long-term goals into manageable shorter ones, explore your options and take specific action towards achieving the outcome you desire.

Life Coaching Package 2 – £285

  • Free consultation
  • 6 x 1 hour Life Coaching sessions
  • Keep in Touch (text/e mail or call in between sessions)

This package allows you to receive support and encouragement over a longer period of time if you have more complex issues that need more exploration in order to move forward or you wish to make more significant changes in your life

*All Coaching sessions are booked and paid for in advance and are scheduled to last for 1 hour, however if we are in the middle of something we will continue until we reach a convenient point to end the session.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage (30 mins) – £25

Enjoy a relaxing massage, with or without oils to the back, shoulders, arms, neck and head in comfortable relaxing surroundings.

Mindful Indian Head Massage (45 mins) – £30

Same as an Indian Head Massage but preceded by a 15 minute full body relaxation and visualisation to help you totally unwind and get the most from your massage

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage (30 Mins) – £20

All the benefits of an Indian Head Massage but concentrating purely on the back, neck and shoulders

Stress Buster Massage – £10

15-20 minute mini treatment covering the back, neck, shoulders and head, great to de-stress when there’s no time for a full treatment or add-on after Life Coaching session.

Well Being

Mindfulness, Meditation, & Law Of Attraction

As a holistic Coach, I apply these on a daily basis particularly if I sense a client may benefit from the experience as part of the coaching journey.

For non-coaching clients hourly sessions or workshops can be booked separately if you’d like to learn more. Please contact me for details.

Angel Card Readings – from £10

Angel Card Readings can be face to face or on line. Mini and more detailed in depth readings are available.  Please contact me for details.
